The scholarship scheme aims to provide senior and middle-ranking officers and defence civilians, with prospects for leadership in regional defence organisations and the opportunity to further develop their skills. The DCSP is offered to countries in the North/South East Asian and South West Pacific regions with approximately 70 scholarships offered each year in Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia, expanding to Tonga, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in 2010.
Since 2009, DevConcepts has been supporting Scope Global (formerly Austraining International) in the successful delivery of the Defence Cooperation Scholarship Program (DCSP) in the Philippines. We provide assistance in processing candidate University applications; processing of IELTS training and testing; and delivery of pre-departure training for successful scholarship award holders.
