Our experience include managing the Australian Government Volunteer Programs (2007-2017) in the Philippines, where for over a decade the company successfully managed and supported close to 500 Australian volunteers who were deployed in various regions in the Philippines. We’ve also worked with over 250 local organizations in various organization development, capacity building, community and sustainable development initiatives. In addition, we provided interim in-country management services to the Australian Red Cross in Mongolia.
DevConcepts has successfully delivered numerous training programs and workshops for international volunteers, local organizations and volunteer managers. We have also successfully hosted and organized international workshops, forums, conferences and focused group discussions in the Philippines. In addition, we have been engaged numerous times to facilitate strategic planning workshops for various Philippine organizations, as well as learning sessions in Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, for international volunteers, volunteer managers and host organisations.
DevConcepts also provided in-country support to two Australian Government scholarship programs, as well as an international internship program of a premier Australian University.
DevConcepts had been engaged to provide in-country management support for the IBM Corporate Service Corps (IBM-CSC) Program in the Philippines. This global program brings top IBM talents from around the world to emerging markets in Asia-Pacific to work with and provide probono consulting services to local organizations.
DevConcepts also supported the Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI) Foundation in the development and implementation of the BPI Social Innovation Lab (SoIL), a corporate volunteer and leadership development program for BPI officers and top talents.
DevConcepts successfully managed the conduct of a Program Perception Study for the Australian aid program in the Philippines. This study involved the conduct of household surveys, key informant interviews and focused group discussions in 10 provinces in the Philippines, with close to 1000 respondents.
